+The report as a whole is clear to and understandable of the target audience, certain sections change the amount of jargon used depending on who is expected to make use of it / read it. The layout is clear and the goal if, as well as the problem that is aiming to be solved is relatively clearly outlined, though not necessarily very measurable. This is

+The storyline / sequence makes logical sense and has a relatively clear flow. It's not a very intriguing or attractive storyline and is more something that the report has, rather than something the report is built around.

+The division of information across chapters make sense, though there is some overlap, and seeing as there is currently no conclusion nothing really contributes to it, and therefore this is not something that can really be graded. The division between appendices and information in the body of the text is clear and helps reduce the clutter for the reader.
