+Alright so we need a focus group
+Booked library on Monday, 17:30 - 22:00 for a focus group session (12 seats)
+We want expats, some that are not international students
+We should get expats, that preferably want to learn dutch.

+Need to fill out risk assessment sheet
+- Need to be kept separate from the actual notes etc.

+Should be kept on the Uni drive, instead of google drive.

+We should first do the focus group, and then later we can do a questionnaire, main thing, we have to get it approved with the TA first.

+1. Show our system's MoSCoW requirements
+Not final requirements, course is about thinking about what users need
+get someone who isn't a student so develop this from the focus groups

+2. How many personas?
+Around 4 personas
+
+1. Is the focus group mandatory?
+Yes

+2. Which do we do first?
+focus group -> functional requirements
+
+About focus groups:
+3. Start gathering people, around 5-6 people.
+4. Invite people with a mixed diversity (expats, student, non-student, international, local)
+5. Write consent forms, hrec, risk analysis, etc. and get these checked by TA.
+6. Write a list of questions.
+7. Do by next week if possible.
+8. Do focus group before functional requirements.
+9. Take notes and keep the notes and consent forms separate!
+
+10. Mitigation plan is to comply with governance, TU Delft regulations, etc.
