# Factor 1: Resources & Infrastructure
Notes: I don't like that this factor is still so broad and vague, and I did have some discussions with people about how to re-define this factor.
First this factor has two obvious branches:
1. Management
 1. Time Management
 2. People Management
2. Facilities

Notes on the presentation from 2/12/2024 in reference to this factor:
People no longer want to collaborate if you just show up with a redefined problem, instead of walking through it with them.
There has to be a timeline - this is part of the infrastructure, as you have to coordinate everyone.
Leadership has to have a commitment, sometimes you need to fight with senior management.
Even just how many whiteboards there are, how easy it is for people to talk / meet / move around
The papers are quite dense, so it's harder to read, to understand and takes more time, this turns people off from actually joining and understanding the things around.
Good management has to take into account that there are people who want to 'take the stage' and then there are people that don't want to.

# Factor 2: Goal Clarity
