+.what is the point of the project?
+ the point of the project is to improve project forum, make it more usable, provide better options etc. (some also for students)

+ project forum is currently used to allocate groups, and actually makes use of an engine written as part of a master thesis
+ this kept getting additions that weren't complete / thought through and this was an issue

+ a solution here would help making the job of professors and TA's smoother and easier to approach as well as help them evaluate the answers, decreasing valuable time spent and increasing student satisfaction

+Ok, now hit me, what is a good hook?

+In school teachers always had the hardest job: putting people into productive groups but still leaving them happy, and in university professors can find themselves in similar predicaments, except with a lot more students, making the job just that much harder.

+# Introduction
+
+In school you somehow always ended up in a group with people you didn't like, doing something you didn't want to (unless you got to pick yourself.) This was always the teacher's job, and for members of the university teaching team this job also still exists, exacerbated by the fact they aren't organising a classroom of 20, or 30 people but instead a lecture hall of, sometimes even, a few hundred. In the case of the TU Delft this job is done using Project Forum, which automatically does allocations based on some preferences given by students and professors. This is done together with an allocation engine written as part of Master Thesis. Project Forum has many shortfalls in terms of capability and usability, sometimes with additions that seem incomplete or not thought through. A good solution here would save valuable time for teachers and TAs and also help increase student satisfaction.
